Return & Refund Policy — AllforherbyTaiba
Overview
Our return and refund policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned with original packaging and tags intact. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Personalized or made-to-order jewelry
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Health and personal care items (e.g., earrings, nose pins due to hygiene reasons)
Sale or discounted items
Return Requirements
To complete your return, you must provide:
Original order receipt or proof of purchase
Photos of the product (if defective or damaged)
Valid reason for return/exchange
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
Items with visible signs of use
Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
Items returned after 7 days of delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email or WhatsApp. We will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method (e.g., bank account, Easypaisa, JazzCash) within 5–10 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Recheck your bank account or payment app
Contact your bank or payment service

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at returns@allforherbytaiba.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will issue a gift voucher.
If the gift was shipped to the giver first, the refund will be sent to the original buyer, and they will be notified of the return.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please fill out the return form [Click here] or email us with your order details.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is not tracked.
